Retail Shift Supervisor
Responsibilities
Manages and trains staff
Oversees stock levels
Orders supplies
Ensures the neatness, cleanliness and orderliness of the facility
Handles customer inquiries
Greets and advises customers
Problem solving
Ensures compliance with established food standards, food quality, preparation and company policies and operating procedures
Opens and closes the store following proper procedures
handles complex register transactions
manages inventory
Qualifications
Good leadership and training skills; ability to teach others as well as delegate tasks.
Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high pressure environment.
Minimum of 1 years of supervisory experience in front-of-house restaurant or foodservice position, in a high volume environment, required.
Must have weekend and evening availability
Excellent guest service, interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience with a POS system specifically Toast is a plus
Job Type- Full Time
Pay- $15-$18 an hour plus tips and quarterly bonuses
