Retail Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Manages and trains staff

  • Oversees stock levels

  • Orders supplies

  • Ensures the neatness, cleanliness and orderliness of the facility

  • Handles customer inquiries

  • Greets and advises customers

  • Problem solving

  • Ensures compliance with established food standards, food quality, preparation and company policies and operating procedures

  • Opens and closes the store following proper procedures

  • handles complex register transactions

  • manages inventory

Qualifications

  • Good leadership and training skills; ability to teach others as well as delegate tasks.

  • Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high pressure environment.

  • Minimum of 1 years of supervisory experience in front-of-house restaurant or foodservice position, in a high volume environment, required.

  • Must have weekend and evening availability

  • Excellent guest service, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Previous experience with a POS system specifically Toast is a plus

Job Type- Full Time

Pay- $15-$18 an hour plus tips and quarterly bonuses
